Before each scheduled appointment, this Online COVID-19 consent form MUST be completed (Please click here to complete online).

To keep everyone safe & healthy there are some new guidelines to follow when coming into the studio:

• I will be taking temperatures at the door upon arrival with a no touch thermometer and ask you to wash your hands in the restroom located inside my studio.

• All individuals must arrive alone & with a mask on. The mask will be worn during your entire appointment.

• If you want to, wear cozy clothes and/or bring a blanket of your own. No blankets will be provided at this time.

• Air hugs!!

• Please keep talking to a minimum during your service. Bring headphones if you’d like and be prepared to chill!

• If you are experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with flu-like symptoms or COVID-19, please cancel immediately!
